General Terms of Use
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on 345bet, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only create one account; creating multiple accounts will result in their cancellation and any deposited balance may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Betting on behalf of another person or using third-party funds is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform using bots, automated software, or any improper technical means is strictly forbidden.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Deposits and withdrawals on 345bet must be made through approved payment methods, which include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set and may change at any time — please visit the platform's payment page for the latest information. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours after the verification process is complete. 345bet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected. Withdrawals are generally required to be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless alternative instructions apply. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and no hidden currency conversion charges apply.
Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation Policy
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash-out option is available and applicable. If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed indefinitely, 345bet will settle the bet at its own discretion. The platform reserves the right to void bets in the event of errors in published odds or technical faults, in which case the original stake will be refunded. If match-fixing, sports integrity violations, or evidence of manipulation is found, the relevant bets will be declared void and the account suspended. Using conflicting betting strategies on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited, and if detected, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed on each promotion's page. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified rollover has been completed. Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts or system abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings. 345bet reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer at any time; however, bonuses already claimed will remain active under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance. Unused bonus balances will be automatically removed upon expiry.
Account Closure & Limitation of Liability
345bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account at any time, with or without reason, or due to a breach of the terms and conditions. Upon account closure, any verified and legitimate balance will be refunded; however, if an investigation is ongoing, processing may be delayed until it is concluded. 345bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or failures of third-party services. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must contact the customer support team. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
